About the Company

Shakin' the Tree Productions Inc.Who is Shakin' the Tree Productions Inc.?

Shakin' the Tree Productions Inc. is a dynamic new company, based in Montreal, Quebec, with a window on the world. We are a federally incorporated company (since January 2004) whose core identity is centered around women, both internally and in terms of our products/services. The co-founders of the company and co-creators of EVE's QuestTM, Joanna Broadhurst and Odette McCarthy, are two dynamic 30-something Moms, who combine business degrees, international experience and people skills, to make an unstoppable duo, determined to innovate with integrity and committed to do business with a social conscience.

Making a difference

Determined to do business with more than just the bottom line in mind, Shakin' the Tree Productions is committed to supporting women's causes.

For its initial year on the market, Shakin' the Tree Productions donated $2.00 of every game sold in Canada to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF). This collaboration not only raised much needed funds for breast cancer research, EVE's QuestTM was and is used as a fun tool for health promotion and awareness for women.

For example:
True or False. Most women who develop breast cancer have no strong family history of the disease.
Answer :
True.

Shakin' the Tree also donated games to federal women's prisons through the Canadian Association of Elizabeth Fry Societies and collaborated with the Women's Future Fund (WFF) which organized EVE's QuestTM playing tournaments across the country. We are pleased to pursue this collaboration with the WFF which is coordinating a celebrity tournament coming up on October 14th in Toronto.
For EVE's Quest'sTM second year on the market, we will continue to support different women's organizations and causes.
